I have developed my techniques and understanding mostly as a Sports Massage Therapist but have worked on all people alike. With over 8 Years of experience with Massage Therapy, I have a deep knowledge of what it takes to get back to the level that allows you to move most efficiently.

It is not only about performance at your best, but it is about doing so without injuring your body! So, the idea behind it is about improving your moving posture and injuries to develop your body to achieve a higher quality of movements without pain!
